I figured this was likely coming for Carter. I expected him to be a guy who would redshirt though given the glut of light guys in the Hokie room right now.

Well with mitch and spjut gone, this leaves a massive hole at 33 for VT.

Dam VaTech guys e-mailed me . telling me what a great time it is to be a HOKIE. Now VAIS is telling us VT has a huge hole at 133 instead of an AA.IF Spjut is bailing to IU things may be amiss at VT.

Its been a long and busy spring, I forgot those guys had bounced.

Well to be honest Ty and Eric both would struggle at 33. Ty wasnt quite strong enough at 25, and would ge way too small at 33. Spjuts only ally is his strength which is completely negated at 133. It will be the difference in them having a qualifier or not, but nothing more.

I assumed that one of them (Mitch) would stick at 125 and Jarrod would go 133 coming back as a senior.

I think Jarrod going 25 might explain the exodus of those two. Maybe it was discussed, but Jarrod would not be quiten the threat he is at 25 if he went up to 33.
