As a current NJ resident and former Rutgers grad student, I'd like to think that Frank can help take them to the next level. Up 'til now, they've been incredibly frustrating to follow and watch. I'd much rather drive the 3.5 hours to State College to watch PSU than the .5 hour to see Rutgers at this point. I don't see that changing soon, but maybe Rutgers will be able to make the short drive to New Brunswick or Piscataway more worthwhile.

Re: Molinaro Joins Rutgers Coaching Staff Obviously it varies by school. The D-I official assistants are basically full salary, though I think that the extra summer camp money makes it a full salary.
Re: Molinaro Joins Rutgers Coaching Staff Awesome get. More than makes up for cooperman leaving. If mason and winston stay healthy they will now have the confidence to place high next year. Frank will be a program changer.
Re: Molinaro Joins Rutgers Coaching Staff I think that FM will be a great addition to Rutgers. Rutgers reminds me of Va Tech in some ways--2 schools with a number of good wrestlers, who get some good wins during the season, but haven't been able to do anything at NCAA's. Hopefully for Rutgers that will soon change. Frank will be a great motivator and practice partner and I wouldn't be surprised if he were a great recruiter as well. Hate to see him leave PSU.
