Very close... third period clinch if I remember correctly, at University nationals.

However, then Howe placed 2nd at the WTT's and Dake did not medal.

Dustin is going 66, not 74.

Huuuuuuuge 66. He was respectable at 74.

Brother CP is 66 kg greco, might actually win it too, esp. if Lester can't make weight.

It will be so tough to get the 74 kg olympic spot out of Jordan Burroughs hands this year. Not only will somone have to beat a fresh Jordan Burroughs in 2 out of 3 matches after wrestling a tough field, but then beat him in an international competition. This field is intersting though. Here are some of the other competitors: Andrew Howe, Nick Marabel, Mike Poeta, Kyle Dake, David Taylor, Trent and Travis Paulson, Dustin Schlatter, Moza fay. Lots of tough guys in there. Some have given Burroughs tougher pushes and there are some newer faces in there that could stir things up.

Can anyone take this spot from Burroughs or even push it to the international competiton rule?

Hes not as good as any of the aforementioned and is only getting further behind the young guys. He was a wt member when 74 kg was very tough domestically. Imo hes an afterthought in this weight.

Btw, AH has never made a world team. He did win us open though.
