Named my oldest son with Autism and Down Syndrome "Lincoln" after Lincoln McIlravy because he has a warriors spirit but you just can't beat the Moenkedick brothers.

I still pity any fool that made the mistake of teasing those guys about that name before getting put on their heads.

I think you are talking about his brother Kenny who went to NDSU.

Yeah, close enough. I used to know the spelling. I'm not making fun of them. They took out some Gophers at the Bison Open over the years.

I've said it on these forums before, but when UNI was still broadcasting duals just a couple of years ago, the announcer wasn't always the best at pronunciation. He repeatedly kept referring to Ken Moenkedick as "Monkeydick" on the air! "Monkeydick in on a shot..."

The next season, thank God that Mike Allen was doing color commentary with him, as Mike kept correcting him with the correct pronunciation.
