Even Allen Iverson wouldn't let himself get beat that badly in a one-on-one "practice" against a freshman in high school...

I'd say McIntosh if he has ANY mat skills . The matches I've seen of his he just cuts everyone and wins on TD's .

Okay, I read the Marsteller article. He definitely sounds like someone to keep an eye on - of course he's a freshman - long way to go. As for McCauley, wasn't he pretty consistently number 2 behind one of the Alton brothers the year before this? Or am I thinking of Josh Kindig? Or both? Seems like it wasn't until Destin got to his senior year that he really became top ranked. That - and the fact that he's been taken out a few times in the last week or so - tells me that he will have trouble in college and at the Olympic Training Center.

I'm assuming this was freestyle. I'm more impressed when wrestlers don't give up points in folkstyle (Dake in the NCAA's, unless you count giving up a penalty point to himself) because that means not even giving up an escape. We pretty frequently see "something to zero" scores in freestyle.

I do think he is a stud even at this age
