Nick Pickerell, who has suffered more injuries than any person in wrestling (don't take me literally, folks, but he's a contender), has been suffering concussions this season, and was not wrestling for a few weeks.

He injury defaulted last night-you could tell how clearly out of it he was-and this is, apparently, a career ending one. Of course, the ISU fans booed him when he had to take a few injury timeouts during the match, and really booed him when he had to default out. Nice...

    after his ITO's he was not the same-gave up 6-7 TD's in a row -a shame .

Too bad about Pickerel. It was a shame when the ISU fans boo'd him. I felt bad for the kid and actually stood up and clapped for him. I know that a healthy Pickerel would've wrestled alot better than he did.

UNI could've won that dual if OLaughlin doesnt shoot and give up the TD to Ward for the major at the end of the dual and if Brantley would've wrestled. But they didnt win so the point falls on deaf ears. UNI is on the right track.
