Default Bust Recruits and Late Bloomers?

With a lot of talk about guys like Grajales, Perry and Weatherman not living up to their billing, I thought it would be interesting to see what other recruits over the years have been big disappointments and/or struggled mightily in the transition to DI wrestling but eventually turned things around.

I think part of the problem with Grajales is that he's up at 49. If he was at 41 I think he does a bit better, still no Dustin Taylor but definitely better than he's doing now.

Well, sometimes busts do bloom late.

Ban's right. UNI is full of late bloomers. Hopefully Brands will change that.

I think Ban's post was a play on words, but I could be wrong. If not, I unduly appreciated it for being clever.

I am dense... Thank you Gold for pointing that out it is funny and I never would have got it.

    Herkey,

I might also add (or question): Will Brands change that or Schwab?

I think Herkey meant that Brands' influence is so great in the wrestling world that he can change a bust into a champion simply by being in the same state as him...or maybe he did just mistype.
