haha, I feel your pain. I just remember how irritated I was when I purchased (along with like 4 million other people) Call of Duty recently and their PS3 servers were down all day the day it was released...

At least you aren't receiving the response they gave which was essentially, "you should be a proud owner of the game - we sold millions of copies and it crashed the server"

Rather than waiting on this to get fixed entirely we opted to move TWT to a bigger server... it will be happening today.

The new server has a little more than double the CPU and 16x the RAM as the current solution.
