Com'on Intermat, you can do better than this.

Is this what they'd would like to see, or does this reflect reality?

In my pre-season sleeper watch Martinez stays at #10, Dake is up to #6.

Still able to keep patting myself on the back, for now.

you would think that they'd get better/more consistent with time...but these are somewhat worse.

Alright, but that Martinez ranking is ridiculous, let's be honest. The Dake ranking is probably a little high, but somewhat justifiable.

Other than the two Iowa boys (I guess) who currently ranked below Martinez would you move above him?

Its not like he's a guy that started the year off over ranked (like I will admit Dake did). He was ranked #18 in the first set.

My question is how he moved up? He hasn't exactly beaten any world beaters, with his best win over non-AA Kjar in OT, and he lost to Cornell's back up! Not to say Perrelli is a bum, but it's not exactly and Ellis/Bradley situation at Cornell.

If you think that Martinez is ranked too high then there has to be someone.

Martinez at #10 feels too high, but there really isn't anyone else with a better argument for the top 10.

However I maintain that their 141 rankings destroy any credibility this publication might have, so its a moot point.

141 is impossible to rank-well ,you could but why ? Last year Thorn started out 13-0 then when he wrestled some comp he went 17-17 losing to William Simpson of Army to end his season . then sunday Levi Jones spanked Mangrum 10-4 , Drouin has 2 wins by 4 points -Duenas and Bailey . My back up has scored more points than my starter -Ciasulli is 3-2 and Melde is 7-2 . IMO, Nauman has been the more impressive of the top 141 's .
How many matches has Gallick wrestled ?1-2 ?41 was a strange class last year and hasn't changed much .
