Justin Kerber Has Knee Scoped

According to Jay Hammond over at the other board. It'll be interesting to see the effect (if any) that it has on the massive Cornell/Maryland dual match up.

When I was younger and had my first scope I was back on the mat in 3 weeks -that was 25 years ago and I was 26 -so Kerber should be fine in a few weeks -as long as it was just a quick cleaning of cartilage and junk - no tendons or ligaments . I wish it would have happened 2 weeks ago-but what the hexx -life goes on .

Nope ,5 knee surgeries ,cracked C-5 Vertebrae, one shoulder surgery and then a shoulder replacement and a fractured ankle . And I am ugly.

How was the shoulder replacement? I have had 5 shoulder surgeries and figure that will be coming down the road

You have to wonder how this will effect his weight cut.

Moving down 3 weights is hard enough w/ two good legs to work out on. That 3 week window could be enough to make it VERY difficult and could negate lots of his hard work.

How was the shoulder replacement? I have had 5 shoulder surgeries and figure that will be coming down the road

I've lost the usage of my right arm basically -but the pain is pretty much gone . They had to remove all rotator cuff muscles and replace the ball and socket -I'l never raise my arm over chest high again but if they can salvage any of your rotator muscles you won't have that problem .
I have had more fun but never as much pain as when the nerve block wore off-but you'll be fine 4-6 weeks after surgery .
Don't let those sadists at physical therapy force you into anything -your shoulder will never be right again -my PT was cool-he worked on shoulder replacements only so all he did was passive ROM.

Damn, I am fortunate to never have had anything worse than a broken finger, busted noses and chipped teeth. (Knock on wood) I have had kidney stones though 4 times and would put those up against the worst pain you have ever had in your life.
