2013 TRAINING CAMP (June 19-22)
Indiana University - Bloomington, Ind.
OBJECTIVE
Training Camp is designed to bring out the best in each participant, whether they attend as an individual or as part of a team. Our goal is to provide a training environment that will not only be beneficial for the short term, but one that will develop an understanding of what it takes to train for success at every level of competition. It is our goal to create a challenging and fun environment, that challenges individuals and teams alike, to reach higher levels of success.
PROGRAM
Teams will be kept together and will choose the techniques, that they want to learn, from a master list that will be personally created and provided at camp by every IU Coach. All groups will be taught by each IU Coach during the course of camp. Individual campers will be placed in groups where areas of emphasis, that demonstrate a wide variety of techniques, will be chosen for you. In addition, all campers will take part in various strength & conditioning sessions and will compete with wrestlers from other teams in hour long hard practices.
