Augsburg Wrestling Academy at Augsburg College in Minneapolis Minnesota. In this session Coach Desmond Radunz teaches part of the Front Headlock go behind series. using a go behind to either side from an arm drag or a head shuck and leading to a lace bust breakdown. From there take what your opponent gives you and pin him with either a cross face cradle or the butcher.
