With 22 automatic bids to the NCAA Championships on the line, No. 16 Kent State will compete in the 2010 Mid-American Championships this weekend (March 6-7) at Rose Arena in Mount Pleasant. Action begins at 1 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday. Looking for their first conference tournament title since 1990, the Golden Flashes (15-4) finished the regular season 4-1 in MAC duals. All 10 members of the KSU lineup were ranked in the top four spots of the final MAC Coaches Rankings, while four Golden Flashes are ranked in the nation's top 15.
