North Carolina High School Wrestling NCHSAA State Championships

When: February 28 – March 2, 2013

Where: Greensboro, NC

What: Individual State Tournament

North Carolina high school wrestling caps off the 2012-2013 season with the State Championships on Thursday (Feb. 28). The State Tournament runs through Saturday night, with the finals starting at 5:00 PM. They will be using 10 mats until the semifinals and 4 mats for the Finals. Costs to attend is $15 for one-day passes and $7 for the Championship Session.

2013 Tournament Schedule:Thursday, February 28th
Session I

• 5:00 PM -4A First Round
• 6:30 PM – 2A First Round
• 8:00 PM – 3A First Round

Friday, March 1st
Session II

• 9:00 AM -First Consolation (2A, 3A, 4A) & Quarterfinals (2A, 3A, 4A)
• 2:00 PM – Quarterfinals (1A) & 2nd Consolation (2A, 3A, 4A)

Session III

• 6:00 PM -Semifinals (All classifications)

Saturday, March 2ndSession IV

• 9:00 AM -1st Consolation (1A) & 3rd Consolation (2A, 3A, 4A)
• Consolation Semifinals & 3rd and 5th Place Consolation

Session V

• 5:00 PM - Parade followed by Championship Finals
