(No. 4) St. Edward clinched it?s 26th state wrestling championship early Saturday afternoon at the state tournament in Value City Arena. Heading into tonight?s championship matches, the Eagles lead Division I with 175 points.

The race for second place continues. (No. 18) Massillon Perry has 104 points and three wrestlers in the finals, and Wadsworth has 92 points with four finalists. A championship match victory is worth four points, with as many as two bonus points available up to a pin.

The rest of the top 10: Cincinnati Elder (72 points), Cincinnati Moeller (62), Medina (51), Solon (49), Mayfield (45.5), Twinsburg (44) and Springboro (38.5).

St. Edward, which placed second last year, has won 13 of the last 14 Division I titles. All 10 Eagles qualifiers have placed, and six are in tonight?s finals.
