Depending on how things shake out in the other tournaments, Robles may have done enough to snare a seed for himself.
He was ranked #17 coming in, and that was his second very near upset of a returning AA, couple things shake up favorably for him, and it could happen. |

Yeah, I don't think he'll get a seed. They only seed 12 and with close to that many Conferences, it would be tough. I'm sure he could care less if he pulled a 10-11 or 12. The cool thing is with the NCAA's "new system" he'll have a good shot at hitting one of the BigX guys right off the bat. I hope things work out for this great kid and he can stand on the podium! |

Being a freshman, he is going to have many opportunities but this is a great chance now before he gets too scouted...paint me a fan. I will cheer as hard for this kid as any other Gopher.

gophers in a bit of trouble here not only are his CMU guys in the Mac10, which means only 3 matches in the championship bracket, but Im pretty sure all 3 of them got first round byes. That means that barring an upset none of them will score more then 17 points and likely less. |
