getting marable late was a steal thanks to jensens and getting gavin in the second round was nice, bergman was also a fourth round pick I think. |

Also had high hopes for Ciasulli from Lehigh until he couldn't get off of the JV team, leaving me high and dry at 133 until the supplemental pick.

Kish is injured and giving the old college try.....and Berhow is just a frosh......so I'm gonna keep all my underclassmen next year and kick butt

Hard to belive that without any luck you were able to hang in there so long.

Yeah, and I seriously feel bad about that. Remember at the time, you were offering Joe Williams as the primary prize, but I wanted Bond because of the better schedule that he and Tirapelli had compared to MSU. Bond has been excellent for me. His schedule is better than my top 197lber, Flaggert. He even upset Dallas Herbst last week, while Flaggert has lost to Herbst, Nebraska and Missouri.
Sorry about Tirapelli going gimp on you, he actually is someone who I was really pulling for this season and I have a couple of (minor) personal connections with his family- brother Adam went to the same school as 4 of my siblings, and his dad refereed a number of my high school matches when I was a kid. We were all kind of in awe of Mr. Tirapelli as he was one of the few D1 collegiate alumni who we had in Sacramento (a small town back then). Anyway, to make a short story even longer, and as I mentioned in a previous post, I owe youse a frosty cold Yuengling or three if and when you ever make it out to Philly (I think the NCAA's or Olympic Trials are going to be here in a couple of years) to make up for the damaged goods you got Brother !

It looks like I didn't need him and will sneak into the playoffs, but come on....he better come through big come post season! | | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
