i am starting to see the wisdom in drafting your flex guys for guys that get LOTS of matches and then drafting your starters for bonus and ability to win conferences and AA...

I really went for the confrences as much as possible, a lot of these big ten guys are going to start losing to each other now but Im going to keep winning the majority of my matches (at least thats my hope). When I did those matches so far for the guys #4-10 at least four people had lost to each other so far, its getting to the competitive part of the season.
