    Default Thanks for the opportunity...

Hey jensens and the rest of you guys, thanks for the invite, but I will have to decline the offer because I don't want any people leaving the league because of me. If you guys need a spot next year i will be glad to take the opportunity next year! Thanks again!

If this is your decision thats fine, but just so you're aware you don't have to do this.

I'd rather have you in the league and be fully invested than have to wonder if I'm going to have people threaten to quit to try and get their way if/when I make a decision they don't like.

I didn't agree with Gage joining the league this year, but I do appreciate him taking the high road on this one. I'd support giving him another chance to play next year, with his own team.

You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.

Russ, calm down the language, man. Kids come here and read these pages, and not just the ones you seem to have personal issues with. If you want to quit the league and the forum, that's your own choice, but nobody made you. It's not like Shane said "I'm going to let Gage join so Russ will quit." If you want to quit, I think that's an overreaction, but that's your choice, not Shane's.

Either way, my main point is watch the language. Especially that first one you used.

    Relax russ...

Gage is supposed to be the kid here, and you are the one throwing a tantrum. I think having you on these boards adds a lot to the community and to the league. Dont throw everything away just because you are upset over a decision you disagree with

I'm not for Russ leaving the board, but I respect his decision to leave the game for the remainder of the year. I have also experienced some frustration with the league but for different reasons. When I have felt frustrated I think I have tried to bring it to the attention of JensenS. I respect the job that he has to do. I try only to do it for the betterment of the league though I am sure it comes across sometimes not as professionally as I'd like.
