it's going to be weird at 165 at 174 for Iowa until they get it all sorted out. Looks like Gambrall could be the odd man out unless he starts wrestling like he wants the spot and starts taking guys to the woodshed like Tom wants him to. If not Evans will be at 174 permanently. Also if Moore continues to wrestle hard at 165. It will be tough for Tom to pull him out of the line-up

NOT the point-1stplace has Lofthouse and drafted him at 174 -now he is at 184 -meanwhile evans-was drafted at 165 and now at 174 and Gambrall is on a different team. I just think it is a mess which needs cleaned up.
You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.

A lot of guys were drafted at Different weights than where they are wrestling a week into the season. Everyone's roster has someone who switched weights.

That stuff happens. It's only a big deal now bc it affects 4 Iowa wrestlers. If you list them at the correct weight, you get the points they generate. When in doubt list them as your flex and get the points the wrestler got at their weight. If your guy is Gambrall you may be SOL.

you just can't wrestle them in your line-up at their old weight.

Its not a mess. It doesn't matter where someone was drafted at, it matters what they are.

Lofthouse is a 184 pounder so 1stPlace gets his points as a 184 pounder. Same with Evans in terms of 165 and 174.

Like I said, it happens every year just not with such a high profile situation. Its a hazard of drafting guys that are going up or down with guys in those slots who will get bumped up or bumped down or bumped out. It should work itself out. Wasn't Lofthouse having these issues last year coming back from concussions at 197 and 184?

That boy has had a rough last couple of years. Lofthouse just WRESTLED like he had concussions at times last year.
