    The fact of the matter is we're going to have to come up with a way to solve this, I really don't want to resort to time limits since we've never had to resort to that before. But keeping us waiting for 6 hours during a weekday afternoon can't happen.

    Whether its texting or pm'ing lists to someone, or telling someone to just pick for him we need a solution.
