What?!?!?!? The HWT trade is basically a wash, so this becomes Kubec for Hochstrasser...how does that work?

Two men decided to trade for the guys they wanted . What is wrong with that ?

Trade verified. Brother Zapp, the heavyweight trade is not a wash imo. I really wanted to keep Clayton, the son of a good friend of mine (ask how many guys in this league have tried to trade for him too) but this deal was too good. Jack is heads above the hawkeye.

Agreed, not sure how a guy who will be a conference champ is a wash with a guy ranked 6 in his conference and who was rumored to be a bench warmer more than once this season.

Because one guy is ranked 12th in the nation and one is ranked 4th. Clayton Jack is a decent HW, but he's not head and shoulders above almost anyone, including Blake Rasing, a guy I've declared myself isn't very good. Meanwhile, Hochstrasser majored Kubec earlier this year.

While this trade would undoubtedly look better on paper if Mojo were coughing up Dom Bradley instead of Jack, looking a little deeper it seems pretty obvious that there are no nefarious motives behind this given that the best guy in the trade is being sent from the 7th place team to the 12th place team.
