Woulda had to put the plastics on ,bought some ex-lax and hit the road running -stopping to poop every 1/2 mile -run about 5-7 -or until I stopped sweating -then showered and went to school -bought some gum -chewed gum and spit into a cup on the bus until I got to the meet -inevitably was still a pound over -so ran some more around the gym -made weight then ate 5-6 Snickers and drank coke and sugar water untill 177 was up-first match was a bear but as the day went on things got better .

did you carry toilet paper with you too?? OR just stop at neighbors houses and ask to borrow their facilities. If it is not one of those two, I DON"T want to know!
