    Default Heavies

    Almost incredibly I feel as if Heavy is once again a pretty weak weight class. The stunning thing is that it has 13 Seniors in the Top 20. Guys like a Berhow, if they can keep improving in theory can jump from 18 to #5 next year just based on projected graduations.


    Anyone think the next Great NCAA Heavy is a long way off?

    Yep, same here Brother Grips. I was going to make Steele my #1 pick. Pretty sad day at hwt when I am pissed that I am "resigned" to taking a #1 ranked NCAA finalist (Luke) instead of a guy who wasn't even varsity for most of the time last year! But I bet Steele is in the finals this year.

    its a weak class which makes it easy to draft because you dont have to worry about grabbing the top guys

    Mojo: I don't think that he will win Heavies this year, but I think Erik Nye from ASU should do very well (AA) he moves very well for a big guy 260-270. He reminds me alot of you. How well would have you done if you never wrestled a guy over 285lb's. He is really athletic and could surprise people this year. Of course he not as good a dancer as you are. Talk to you soon.
