Mason at 165

For real? When did this happen?

Why the hell would Brandon Mason go 165. There are a couple of guys that are making cuts that just don't make sense to me. Guess I am a little confused at that move too. Was he in jeopardy of losing his spot?

Haha, no, I don't think so. Cody Hill is the only 174 on the roster.

One of the things about Mason is that he's never been particularly big.

I think before Dieffenbach showed up he was supposedly going to drop down last year.

So does this make Okie State particularly stronger as a team? I guess I see 165 and 174 as about the same from a "toughness" standpoint. Mason must feel like there are guys ahead of him at 174 that he can't get past. We'll see.
