    Default Fantasy Conference Preview

"The Race for the Rest" or "Wild Card Weekend". Whatever you'd like to call it, some of us have been building squads just for this weekend. The Top 4 (Payton, Dart, LoSt, Jensen) have a bit of a cushion and the remaining people will most likely be battling it out for highest weekly point total. However, LoSt and Jensen should also keep a look over their shoulder as this is a huge points week and seemingly comfortable leads can be breached.

That being said, let's take a look at the rest of the teams. I've put my thoughts based on match history on where things will shake out. If you see something like Finalist/Champ/Non Finalist....it means that any of the 3 are possible, but they are in order of likelihood (2nd, 1st, 3rd). I've also predicted the flex wrestler which will undoubtedly change.

My boy, that took some work. I'm not going to argue with anything just because I respect the effort. That being said, Stabile's back-up, Burns, might have a shot at a finalist spot. He's got a bad-ass pedigree and weak conference in the ACC at 149. D1CollegeWrestling.net shows him as the #2 behind Bobby Ward in the conference. That was a tough one though to know so I don't blame you for missing it.

Trusty Wiltz and Gofer look like they have a slight edge. TLV, Stiffy (although his team could win NCAA's....he has a rough conference line up) and Mat Eater have a tougher road than most.

Again, whatever i had first (finalist, champ, non finalist) was what you were given credit for in the summary. Should be an awesome weekend.

Who has the most finalists in the bonus conferences?

How can both Ward and Foster be finalists but neither of them be a champ? You have the same deal with MArable and Meade

Also Palmer could easily be a non-finalist if he loses to Ruschell again. Also, you have a bunch of guys at the wrong weights

They are ALL bonus conference -just a few point difference -the big 12 second will not get you as much as an EIWA champion or Runner up because they'll wrestle twice at most -a few pig tails but usually they are the 4and 5 seed .A 3rd in the EIWA with a couple of bonus point wins will outscore second in the big 5 . See CAPUTO last year .

In the Ward/Foster and Marable/Meade I couldn't decide who would be in the finals against Askren or Reader (my picks). I gave both of them beneficial nods as finalists.

Obviously a ton of people could be finalist....just trying to get a pulse. I just took the weights the way Jensen had them on the rosters.

    Never good enough for LoSt.
