    125: #19 Michael Martinez, #14 Conor Beebe
    133: #6 Nick Fanthorpe
141: #5 Chris Drouin, UR Kyle Dake
    149: #11 Matt Cathell
    157: #22 Anthony Jones
    165: #2 Dustin Schlatter, #23 PJ Gillespie
    174: UR Stephen Dwyer
    184: #7 Dustin Kilgore, #20 Ben Bennett
    197: #10 Cayle Byers
285: #3 Jared Rosholt, UR Eric Nye

Will add more substantial bragging in later, but I am very satisfied with how this team turned out.

Given my luck so far playing this game though, that is probably a bad thing.

I'm very pleased with how my team turned out. As far as regular season goes I don't really care how they do. I tried to mainly pick a post season team that'll score me tons of points conference week and get me to the tourney. I really think I've got an AA at every weight provided my team doesn't under achieve like they did last year.

I think Curtis has the best team so far posted.

He had a losing record against both of those guys last year.

I'll sigbet you that Brown both scores more regular season points AND places higher then Pami this year.
    Gold is an idiot.

ANd yet he beat them both when it mattered most. And Steve Brown is Mr. Decision, and again, not an AA. You just want to pretend like he's somehow better. But sure, I'll sigbet you.

Lets see a more indepth breakdown here

    125/133: UR Ben Ashmore

Dude is a stud who already has a win over robles and might be him out for the 125 spot this year. He was probably better known for his infamous losses to Falck and Mcknight then his wins (although he did have some good ones). Oklahoma State just wasn't the right environment for him and I think he is going to do big things at ASU this year.

    133: #8 Scotti Sentes

Guy who came out of nowhere last year (at least for those of us who dont follow highschool) and almost majored falck before getting pinned. Had his share of losses but also a bunch of wins over guys like Fio, Bedelyon, Nicholson, Peterkin, Ashmore, etc. I think he has some major upside and I wouldn't be surprised if he turns some heads at 133 this year by knocking off one of the big dogs at some point

    141: UR Zach Bailey
A bit of a gamble pick for me... He supposedly had a career ending injury the other year, but now is mysteriously back. I really dont know anything about his status or health, but if he wrestles up to the way he did freshman year he was a steal this late in the draft

    141: #1 Reece Humphrey

In hindsight this was actually a very poor pick given the sleeper potential at this weight. I would have been better off grabbing escobedo and going for someone like Parks in the 8th or 9th. That being said, I think this weight is Humphries to lose this year. We all knew he was a stud down at 133 and that he had a lot of trouble making the weight. Last year he had a breakout year, and I expect him to be even better at a comfertable weight

    141/149: UR Garret Scott
This will probably end up being the steal of the draft He's had his share of personal issues in the past, but the dude is an absolute phenom and I expect him to be in title contention this coming year. People forget how amazing he did freshman year, here are a few of his notable wins:
    Matt Kyler
    Jake Strayer
    Nick Gallick (By Major)
    Kellen Russell

Not to mention the fact that he beat out returning AA Jake Strayer for his spot.
He also had two razor close losses to dan leclere (at b10s he lost by giving up a TD with 2 seconds left) and he was beating Kyle Ruschell until he got injured and had to default.

At nationals he made the R12 even with a severely injured knee. This past year he RSed and beat everyone he wrestled by Major, Techfall, or Pin (except his last match of the season where he injury defaulted)

Unfortunately for my team I've heard word that he will be at 141 this year (not 149 as I had originally thought) which means I'll have to pick up another 149er at some point.

    149: UR David Greenwald
Basically there is one thought and one though alone going into this pick; pins.
This guy gets a lot of them, and thus a lot of points. I dont have any delusions about him contending for AA honors (although you never know) but he should do his job in getting me to the postseason.

    157: #24 Sean Nemec
Guy who I think has a breakout year this year and meets Cyler in the B10 finals.

    157: #7 Steve Brown
BRown is one of the Michael Chandlers of the world; he has been a quality wrestler for a number of years but has not quite managed to make it over the hump and earn AA honors. Probably best known for his close matches with Metcalf last year and for his R12 finish. I think this year he remains a top 10 guy all year and ends up on the podium

    165: #8 Dan Vallimont

I think a lot of people are sleeping on this guy because of how poorly last season went for him, but they forget at how absolutely studly he was the year before at 157 when he went 32-3 with all three losses coming to Mike Poeta. Now that he has had a year at 165 and time to figure out his personal demons I think he is going to be right up there in the title picture. He is in an absolutely BRUTAL B10 weight, but I think he can more then hold his own against the Sponsellers, Schlatters, and Howes of the world.

    174: #12 Luke Manuel
A really solid guy and a former R12er who I think has darkhorse AA potential this year. He had the misfortune last year of being in an absolutely BRUTAL weight class last year, which resulted in a quite a few more losses then his freshman year. THis year the B10 is very weak at 174 and I see no reason he couldn't be in the finals facing borschel. Purdue also has an extremely juicy schedule this year compared to other b10 schools so he should be worth plenty of regular season points.

    174: #4 Mack Lewnes
He might be ranked #4, but I think he walks through 174 this year. An absolute stud who came into last years tournament undefeated, he was sick and ended up going 2 and bbq, but I dont think anyone except maybe Zapp is foolish enough to think he wont be in the title hunt this year.

    184: #5 Louis Caputo
Two time AA and generally solid wrestler. Unlike most Harvard guys, he tends to show up to most of the meets he is supposed to wrestle at. He also puts up a lot of bonus and Harvard has a lot of matches scheduled this year. I expect him to be one of my leading scoreres and have a mid level finish at ncaas

    197: #13 Logan Brown
This is probably the only weight besides 149 where I dont think I have an AA contender. Brown is a top 15 guy who has a few quality wins and a bunch of quality losses. THe most important thing he brings to the table however is points. The b10 is incredibly weak at 197 this year and I think he can beat everyone there except Beatty, and with Purdues dainty schedule he should score me a lot

    HVY: UR Scott Steele
one of the better sleepers of the draft imo, I was absolutely ecstatic to grab him in the 9th. Was one of the top ranked guys going into last year, only to get injured and miss most of the season. Well known for going back and forth with AA Ed Pendergast in open tournies the year before.

Navies schedule is so tournament heavy that I dont think him being ineligible til fall will even present much of a problem.

    HVY: #8 Tucker Lane
An absurd catch in the 11th round... this guy is a legit AA contender, albeit one in a brutal conference. He has wins over Zabriskie, Rosholt, Berhow, Trice, Marone, Flores, and Dobies. And as a freshman you can only expect him to be better this coming season
    Gold is an idiot.

Thing that would kill me as a commissioner is if Montell Marion (who is supposedly looking very tough in their room according to HawkeyeReport people) wins the spot.

I have no idea who if anyone I would give those back up points to.

Does anyone else find it humorous that Lost has to work my name into nearly all his posts? It's unnerving that he thinks about me that much. And Lewnes was only undefeated "technically, since he lost to Marable (for like the eightieth time in a row) at the All-Star match, but managed to conveniently miss him at other events.

Nobody really knows at this point, Russ. I took Slaton after Curtis, if I recall, but Slaton is also the one I favor to take the spot. We'll see.
