Last week Thaxton had 16 matches give him 38 points for about a 2.4 points per match average. He has 18 matches this week projecting to be about a score of 43.

Gold had 54 points off of 17 matches so about 3 points per & this week's schedule has him @ 11 matches projecting out to be 35 points.

Last week I had 103 points off of 27 matches with an avg of almost 4 points per. This week I have 14 projecting out to about 53 points. If that plays out I will get the last spot by 2 points. I will miss out 4th place by 22 points.

This should show you how the competition stacks up over a 4 month period & how close it is @ the end.

Thaxton won 16 matches averaging over 4 points per.
Mine averaged only 3 per & Gold was the same.
The amount of DNWs this season, alone have cost me a spot...
I have a funny feeling that I will make the top one or two spots in conference week...will be a very exciting 2 weeks. Gonna try to get to B10s!

Peterkin the first few weeks.

Drouin had a bad schedule to begin and then missed half the events back when I had him. I obviously traded for Kennedy and he just returned to action for me like two weeks ago.

I don't even want to talk about all the time I've missed at 165. Miller and Howe have combined to wrestle me like 5 matches all year. I had Blevins for I think two weeks, but I've forfeited this weight almost the whole year.

Covington has missed probably half the season and he's my only 74.

Honeycutt missed the first month, but since then has showed up to everything.

Nelson has missed a couple matches, but not too bad.


I'm sure other owners have had their DNW's as well.

Well yea I am sure that is true except that I am on the bubble as they say. Most others are either IN or OUT & those other DNWs would not have made the difference. I know that if we would have counted the NYSC or the All-Academies I would have had enough extra to catch up but oh well. Maybe you or Thaxton would have earned points in one those as well, I haven't looked. Point is, is that the competition is pretty close after 4 months.

With the other tournaments, next year like I suggested.

NEXT weekend will be a lot of fun....
