We're missing one vote. If it comes to a dead even tie, I will allow them in.
EDIT: I changed my mind. We're going to cut of enrollment at 12. Normally you need at least a majority to pass a motion. So, we are a 12 team league now. The Draft will start Wednesday at the latest.
