Not good for you. Take out the Iowa homers and Lewnes is winning. Apparently there are 17 other people "insane" like me that think Mack Lewnes will beat Jay Borschel.

Yeah that makes no sense. Cyler is better. I'll give ya that one.

Now VA v. KR (Part deux....)

    125-Robles<Esco-KR
Esco beat Robles int he CK finals in December.

    133-Ness>Fanthorpe-VA
Ness beat Fanthorpe in the dual.

    141-Krom<Jones-KR
Krom has been injured, (missed Maryland's last 4 duals) & has been struggling lately losing 4 of his last 6 matches, one by fall.
Jones has recently beaten Novochkov, (avenging an earlier loss) Duenas & Schmitt, (to whom Krom lost). Earlier in the season Jones WBF over Schmitt as well. This match is of course debatable.

    149-Ruschell<Molinaro-KR
    This past weekend showed this.

    157
    -Hall<Schlatter-KR
I hope you won't argue that one.

    165-Brown<Valimont-KR
They have never met so it is just supposition. Debatable.

    174-Lewnes>Blanton-VA
    Agree.

    184-Caputo<Dergo-KR
Dergo beat Caputo @ the Midlands

    197-Hudson>Beatty-VA
Debatable as Taylor has lost to Branvold who Beatty beat. But Beatty is injured so I will give it you. Taylor has also had a lot more mat time this year.

    285-Mizzou>Steele-KR
    Yep.

    Flex-Saddoris>whoever you flex-VA
Um I thinking this part is UNWorkable if not ridiculous. No matter who I flex Saddoris will beat him? Ok I flex Bradley. Are they going to wrestle hear 2 head?

I don't understand this as you would NOT have a flex match in an actual Dual meet.

    Final-KR-7, VA-3 No flex....

It's debatable whether Hudson is better than Chad beatty? I think we should take your keyboard away for a few.

Did somebody not tell KR that we arent actually going to be wrestling these hypothetical duals? THey are based on who will score more points. Thats why you CAN dual your flex. My flex(saddoris) will outscore any of your scrub back ups. Therefore I win that one. It's not as hard as you are making it.

You are coming close to be the king of sarcasm here Vais....

Taylor won last year in a H2H 6-2. This year Beatty has beaten Branvold while Taylor has lost to him this year AND last year. Both have wins over Bond, (Taylor was a fall, Beatty dec). Beatty has 2 losses to Varner (4-1, 12-4) & Taylor has one loss to Varner (5-4).

Don't think that if Maryland came to Iowa for a dual that the home crowd would not have him jacked up to beat Taylor. And don't think that come NCAAs if they meet that it will not be a tight match.

Based on the comparable I would yes give Taylor the edge but not by a lot. Add in the intangibles like WHERE they wrestle & I think it gets closer to a toss up.

Even with your flex, I still got ya.

I'll settle this. If Chad Beatty were 100% healthy, there is only one person in his weight that will beat him on a consistent basis, Varner. Hudson Taylor can beat just about anyone at 197. He is very good. I have coame up with an equation, which is way too complicated to spell out on a message board, much like SHP's, and inserted different variables due to Beattys injury. I have calculated this in my head ten times and Chad wins 7.3896756458 times out of ten. I then rounded this down, in my head, to 7 of 10. VA wins the argument.

This is all very scientific and way over your heads. Do not ask me what my equation is because you won't understand it.

I appreciate your explanation Herkey. I trust your equation is right and thank you for saving me some brainache.
