Where is Gold. Is our league folding up? We are three weeks behind on our standings and scores. What's going on?

I don't know...kind of stinks. He said over winter break that he'd be more on top of it since he'd be out of school..yet here we are.

Sigh.... I'm very sorry I am behind. Everything will be up to date tonight--I promise. I took a long driving trip across the country and rarely had internet access--when I did I was very tired from a 3-hour time difference.

Again, I'm very sorry I'm quite behind and I know this is bad for morale.

OH, you were at the Rose Bowl?! Well Shiver me timbers! Why didnt you say so?! You do have alot of catching up to do, fortunately some of the scores are scattered about the different threads. Hope you had a good time in Cali.

I did actually mention it in my "Away" thread, but I should have told you guys earlier. It was a great time. We drove, and I thought about a lot of you guys as I slept and/or drove through various hometowns/college towns (i.e. Columbia, Colorado Springs, Vegas).

Anyway, I think I'm caught up with the scores up to last week. I would do those tonight, but I haven't slept anywhere but a minivan since New Years Eve, and I could use some sleep. I think I will do that week tomorrow--it shouldn't be too hard since Russ and others have been kind enough to do most of it already.

Thanks Gold. When do your classes start back up? I'm dreading the return to academia.

I always hated it when classes started back up. That meant that I was missing something when I was sleeping at 1:00 in the afternoon. Needless to say my college resume was less than stellar.

I am a case where I should have went to a small school that had wrestling, as there were a few that I was in contact with. I think it would have helped me care enough to get better grades so I could stay eligible and graduate. But I chose to start at a community college that was close to UNI so I could party. If NIACC had wrestling when I was choosing schools I would have probably went there and wrestled. I ended up there after getting kicked out of my previous school and my prioreties changed.

Classes actually start today, but for some reason I don't have Monday classes this quarter. No, I'm not excited about it, and no, I'm not ready for it. Are you a student or a teacher vais?
