I have no information except that there is an appeal going on. On the chance that he is reinstated I want my roster to reflect that he is actually on my team so nobody else tries to pick him up.

I left that one for gold to handle as I am unsure about the rule on drafting or picking up a guy on waivers who is presently suspended -I SAW the move you made I just did NOT act as I was unsure of Gold's ruling .
It's approved--Herkey can have him.
I knew he was on waivers but I wanted to be the first to add him back to my team as soon as he cleared waivers. Plus by saying that I added him, those who didnt know the rule may think he was already taken. I was nervous about it for three days.
