With Zapp moving on to a new pasture, JensenS is allowing me to be commissioner for this league. If you are interested in playing, this is the place to make that known. Returners will get automatic spots if they want, but there should be plenty of vacancies. We will cap it at 14 teams.

I would advise sending pm's out to the guys that were in the league last year as well to let them know that you're going to be doing the league again.
