Is Billy Murphy going to wrestle again this year at Iowa?
How is Billy Murphy doing at the community college in Iowa? Did he dominate everyone there ( I would hope so)? Is he going to be wrestling this upcoming season for Brands at Iowa? Also, does anyone know how he is doing as an MMA fighter? Thanks in advance.

He is scheduled to attend Iowa Central Community College for the first time this fall and has yet to wrestle a match for them. From what I have heard he should destroy everyone in Juco and he would be a serious threat for the D1 title. The question remains whether he gets his academic situation in order or not. His clock is running and he will be a sophmore this upcoming season. I believe he has fought in and easily won a couple MMA fights.

This is great for Billy. I wrestled with Billy in high school and wish him the best of luck. He is a great kid and will bounce back just fine. I thought he Red-Shirted his first year at Iowa though, so wouldn't he be a freshman this year?
