Does this rule regulate only the backflip, or does it also disallow turning and somersaulting away? |

Rule 7 Section 1, Article 5: "Other illegal holds/maneuvers include, but are not limited to: . . . a back flip from the standing position."

It isn't better and it was against lesser competition. Its easy to do something after its been done. (see SLAMDUNK) Kolat was the snowplow, this kid was the guy who comes after with the little snow shovel getting the leftovers. The fact that he turned it into a sloppy toss defends this statement.
