UC Davis reclassified their entire department recently to Division I, so they would not be able to move back down a division either. They seem to be ramping everything up if anything... Portland State is also a Division I program. Talking about programs where their entire department is Division I moving wrestling to Division II or III is a wasted conversation. These departments have made the overall decision to be Division I, for good or bad, and generally speaking, those decisions have nothing to do with wrestling...
