Pretty impressive. You can't coach heart and can only partially coach conditioning. You need to take that personal responsibility for that and it shows maturity.

I see your point, I continue to look at this from a team perspective when the best thing is to put your wrestlers in positions to have individual success in order to have team success and then ultimately recruit off of that success versus putting together the best "team" that you can to compete each year in a dual meet format. Iowa has proven and even Oklahoma State to an extent that individual success begets team success. The strange thing is that the first year that J. Rob comes out and actually says he is going to let his senior led team to go after individual success, (2008) his team finishes 10th. I know that injuries did play a part in that however. Strange though.
