Palo Alto is a tough place to live. The homes are generally over $1M because of silicon valley. If it was tough for Santoro to cut in College Park, the financial requirements for Palo Alto are off the scale. I can't think of another Div I neighborhood that can match the cost of living in that area.

That helps with the cost but doesn't provide them the opportunity to earn equity. Kerry said that a two bedroom, one bath condo in Palo Alto goes for around $500,000. In the Maryland/DC area he can buy a four bedroom home for around that much in Howard County.

I don't think Eugene would last 90 seconds with Henson.

I don't think Eugene would last 90 seconds with Henson. | How short is he?

Back to Mena ask Escobedo and Dubuque how good Mena is as a coach. | Both Escobedo and Dubuque were top tier recruits, its not like they came out of no where. I would like to see what he would do with someone like Scott Kelly who was 1X state champ and who didn't have the accolades that Escobedo or Dubuque had.

I'm not buying that.
A lot of top tier recruits don't do crap when they get to college.

Lets look at the other lower weight classes and how they have done the past 5 years.
125- Champ, AA, Champ, Champ, AA
133- Qualifier, AA, Qualifier, Non-qualifier. Non-qualifier
141- Non-qualifier, Non-qualifier, Non-qualifier, Qualifier(transfer in), AA
So of the 10 spots the past 5 years lets look at what they produced
5- Non-qualifiers
3- Qualifiers
2- All-Americans
To me he needs to show that he can work with the guys that aren't top tier recruits and at least get them to the NCAAs.
