Actually, I don't think Sacchi did the right thing, PR wise. I would never advise a client to talk about a member of his own team in this manner. It makes both of you look bad. The whole idea of PR is to put forward your best face.

This is what happened. I beat Frank Sabatino in a wrestle off by a score 5:2 fair and square. That year I had two injuries so I didn't start in the duals that much. The loss to Bloomsburg kid was my attempt to wrestle with a sprained ankle. I was winning until he grabbed my ankle towards the end and I couldn't move after that.
Everything in that article is a complete lie. I left the team after this match because Sacchi screamed at me in the middle of the dual that I should just quit and that I was losing because I didn't really want to be there.
So did you wrestle a match at 142 AND a match at Hwt or not???

Re: Check out what I found
I thought everyone knew this by now. This is the breakdown from first to last year for 5 years:
142 Rutgers lose my wrestle off 4:2 to our senior captain who took 6th at EIWA after making semis
158/167 Penn State
did not compete lifting and eating mostly at Penn State 1st semester after Penn State coach says I have to lose 40. Instead I gained 20 pounds and back at Rutgers practicing only 2nd semester
197 back at Rutgers but lost the wrestle off 3:2 to our captain who took 6h at EIWAs. Bad style matchup for me.
HWT (could not make 197) ankle sprain, fight with Sacchi after the match above and done with wrestling in college
At 197 at Wilkes Open I placed 4th and beat Clarion's Eric Mausser 7:5 who two weeks before majored Penn Sate's starter at a dual. I could have made Penn State's lineup at 197 if they gave me a chance.
At HWT I beat freshman Pat Cummins also at Wilkes in front of Sunderland. Also, at Navy I place 5th again but at HWT and 4 years later. There I beat Elliot Williams of JMU who was at HWt but dropped to 197 later in the year and made round of 16 at NCAAs. Good times.

Yeah but that last semester I made Dean's list with a 3.7 GPA! Either Dean's list or Honor roll or something like that. They sent me a letter congratulating me.
