I don't like what he said but if that's the worst thing that's said here i won't lose sleep over it.

I don't think it's a rule that the guy has to be on his feet before the escape is rewarded. Even if it was, I'd have hit Guerrero for stalling then, and it's +1 for Schwab either way.
