My Mood: | Re: Ness Weighs 146!!! I'm sure most wrestlers have cried at some point. It doesn't make you a baby, just shows that you care about your success/lack thereof. FWIW, I can only remember crying twice (not including when I was really young)...after my first loss in high school, and after NCAAs my senior year.

Also since I have had kids I tend to tear up at the most cornball things. Becoming a parent effects you in ways you just qouldn't think. | | |

| Re: Ness Weighs 146!!! A few things...First of all let me preface this with the fact that I think Sanders is a stud and will be tough to beat these next 4 years, and I believe he will AA 4x...However..If you think those guys that he destroyed in that video were anywhere close to collegiate level wrestlers you are mistaken. Those moves will not work with such ease on Charlie Falck, Escobedo and others...On Ness v. Slaton...IF(and this could be a big if) Slaton starts next year, i think it's a tough match up for Ness...But I think they could go back and forth...Slaton might be a bit too physical, and I don't think Ness will ride him or anyone as well as he rode people at 125 this year. | | |

He has improved since then I would assume and has done really well in the summer wrestling circuit. You are right, most of those moves won't work against those upper level wrestlers but I think his creativity on his feet and his solid defense will be a great combination.

Seems like I am bubbling up all the time these days. Watching my for year old Grayson take such good care of his older brother Lincoln (see picture) and be such a good sport about some extra responsibilties really makes me feel like my wife and I are doing something right.
Also, the last time I bubbled up was when I was telling my wife what an amazing mother she was to her children. Takes a real man to say those kinds of things. Wish I would have learned that before 35 years old.
