Since someone opened the excuse box, we could say Herbert's wrestling Varner in folkstyle last December threw him off and that's why he didn't beat Bertolino in freestyle by more. And for Bertolino, we could say he's been training in folkstyle, and now he had to wrestle freestyle so it's no wonder he lost.

Is he moving up to 285 where his style belongs ?

He does get a lot of falls. Of course, that isn't worth much these days to those who find greater value in style.
