Just when they were getting good Santoro leaves. Will Cary Kolat take over? Henson? Hmmm.

"Moving up" in the athletic department.
Looks like he is staying at Lehigh in an administrative capacity. Here was what was reported on themat.com.

Greg Strobel, who guided Lehigh to six Eastern team titles and a third-place national finish in 13 years as head wrestling coach, will retire, the school announced tonight.
Former Lehigh assistant Pat Santoro, now head coach at the University of Maryland the past five years, was named as Strobel's replacement.
Strobel went 189-83-1 at Lehigh, coaching two national champions, six national finalists, 30 All-Americans and and 27 Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association champions.
He is expected to take another position at Lehigh.
Santoro, a Bethlehem Catholic graduate, has been head coach at Maryland since 2003-04. The previous nine years he was an assistant at Lehigh.
Santoro was a two-time national collegiate wrestling champion at the University of Pittsburgh.
