Default Best line from the Hawk Party after the NCAA's

I stole this from GobblinHawk who was at the the Hawk Party Saturday night in St Louis.

    Best line of the night.........

Schwabby: The part that really rips your guts out as a coach is there wasn't ONE match that we couldn't have won in the last three days! We've really got an awesome group of kids that are gonna work their asses off to come back and do this again. We're gonna come back and win this thing by 80 points next year!

Crowd goes crazy and Schwabby hands the microphone back to Coach Brands.

Brands: 80 points?!?! Wow..... And I thought I was gonna take Monday off?

    Classic.
RIP Jacob Schlottke; KR1963 and rpayton

I heard Zadick talking (I swear I wasn't following him around) as the team was heading out, and it didn't sound like he had much of a voice. Did he have anything to say?

I saw you eyeing him pretty hard when he was walking out for Perry's match
"Now class, I'd like for you to transition from downward dog....straight to FULL BRING!!!"

Oh, I won't deny that. I definitely watched more coaching than wrestling in that match.

I really must admit when Brands left Virginia Tech, I was really hoping Doug Schwab would be staying with Dresser. I am happy with the coaching staff we have put together and I'm looking forward to seeing who will replace Pat Cummins. I have a feeling I know who it is, but until then we'll see. Congratulations Hawkeyes.
