He is expected to step into Jason Johnstone's spot as a RS Freshman. Next year will be Johnstone's Senior year and if you recall he was 2 wins from AA status this year.

Also possible we have a freshman step in at 174

Jason Welch from ca placed at midlands he will AA at 157 also took down poeta

Don't forget that Poeta was up a dozen points when he got taken down, though Welch is certainly impressive. Regardless, it's too early to say if a true freshman will AA. Remember that Corey Jantzen beat Fleeger in high school AND placed in the Midlands as a senior. Everyone was guaranteeing big things for him as well...
