Mendes was not that close to getting points. J could have held on a while and then still been leading

by the way it was a reversal, not a TD

Isn't it great to win an NCAA championship by never taking a shot?

"I broke my ankle, I felt it snap!". Give me a break.

BTW, Mendes will be awesome in MMA.

If Mendez was going to get a TD with backs, doing it from nuetral was going to be easier, relatively speaking, than from the injury position. JJ manned up and didn't allow it. GREAT WIN.

T'was a fairly convenient opporturity for a lungout. But, I do think the knee was torqued. If not, Perry should head for Hollywood and pronto.

It sure looked pretty real to me, but I'm an OSU fan. If you watch his whole leg, you feel the pain from both the knee and ankle. And Jaggers did not stall in that match, and he showed he was the better wrestler that match--and that's all anyone can ever do in any single match. Get over it.

I'm normally the first guy to call out Perry for his lung timeouts, but that looked legit to me.

Like Jaggers said, when he heard his ankle pop he was in pain. That was from the initial cranking of the ankle by Mendes. Then when Jaggers screamed is after Mendes twisted Jaggers ankle and his entire leg. I went through a similar 10 seconds as Jaggers this past season. I first heard my knee pop, and I made some "grunting" noises out of pain, but not wanting to give up my position on top I kept going until my calf was twisted the opposite way of my thigh, that's when I screamed out. I ended up forfeiting the match and learning that I had a tear in my ACL and a hairline fracture in my tibia(calf).

My point is that unless me and Jaggers are both Hollywood, we both had similar reactions in similar situations. I know that Jaggers did not put all that effort into perfectly faking an injury in a scramble when scrambling may be his best position.

Who is Delfino? I used to go on that other site and there was a troll by that name.
