It really helps to put it into perspective. I was majorly disappointed with Minn's overall performance and felt like the ship was sinking. Iowa, OhioSU, ISU, etc all seemed to be improving and Minn wasn't.

What does next years line up look like, and how does it compare to the Iowas and OhioSU?

I said somewhere in the other thread, Ness and Dustin finalists, possible champs. Then two, maybe three if things shake out right AA's out of the Sanders/Saf/Glasser/Yohn grouping.

Kind of getting back to the Gophers for a second...While I'm sure he'd have rather had it happen in a different setting, yesterday's win over Palmer for 7th was also Dustin's 100th career win bringing him to 100-7 as a collegian.

How about getting back to the Gophs. I'd like to hear your guys take on the possible lineup. I've just got back into following them closely after a few years off starting my family. How did some of these guys do wrestling unattached this year. I know that Sanders could be a real stud. We will see how it transfers to the Big 10 stage.

Folks, I started a Buckeye thread so that this one could focus on the Gophers. Looks to me like a rebuilding year next year with some very bright spots in Ness and Schlatter. Will incoming folks (Sanders) have that much impact? I certainly wouldn't take this years NCAA tourney as a predictor of next year's performance.

There is a rumor that Schlatter will red-shirt next year as well. Anyone else heard this? It just seems odd to me that Jenkins, Palmer, and Schlatter would possibly red-shirt next year.
