Just throught that was odd when it come out....it seemed to be verified by KARE 11's reporter Tim McNiff who is there blogging in St. Louis. Good to see the coverage by the Twin Cities NBC affiliate!

They say which guy it was? 3 points sounds AWFUL steep too.

I agree, just thought it was an interesting story that came off the Guillotine forum and seemed to be verified in McNiff's blog. I am not the type to normally throw conjecture out on this board, but when Tim referred to "Shavegate" I thought it had some credibility.

That said (and going against my above statement of not throwing conjecture out), there is a very vague rumor on that same board of Dustin not wrestling next year and it not due to a redshirt. Is he done wrestling? Is he burned out? Have the injuries taken their toll?

I am sure I just opened the floodgates, but I figured it would make its way over here or is being talked about already...I have been posting on and off tonight and haven't checked all the threads. My hope is it is just a baseless rumor as Dustin is a talented and classy kid who has represented the U of MN at its highest level.

Um, don't shoot the messenger I guess...
