We definitely saw a great specimen today in Brent Metcalf. I hope at NCAAs both of them are fully charged. | I listened to the match on radio, and to me it sounded like Metcalf was relentless and DS was limping and shutdown/gassed. All of a sudden I am reminded of the Brands/Fried series. |

At least that was how I saw it. |

174 - Luke Dretsch. Luke double leg TD then out of bounds, 2-0, Dretsch with a pommel horse like escape, single leg attempt by Luke, TD 4-1, restart Luke lets him go, 4-2, Luke another double leg attempt out of bounds. 2nd - 4-2 restart Dretsch out of it quick 4-3, trying to take it to Luke, not happening. Lot of ear time. Nuetral restart, same stuff. 3rd, Luke down and the escape, 5-3, Dretsch trying to take it to him, stall warning on Luke, Luke shot, Dresch trying to come around, couldn't do it. Stalemate. Front headlock by Luke, stalemate, Dresch coming, Luke slip by. Luke wins it 5-3. |
