I don't know--I didn't think that Tsirtsis was a particularly big 141lber. I could see him at 149, but 157 seems like a stretch. Do you think that he could beat out Morningstar after jumping up two weight classes? I guess that you could bump up Morningstar to 165, but I thought Jake Kerr looked pretty good when he was subbing for Perry.

Yes, he got a little quieter but he is a stand up guy. He will be back tomorrow. Bare in mind that Minny had a good day today but tomorrow could be rough with wrestlebacks. If Kish and CP don't wrestle then Iowa is going to get those points back most likely.

We will still need guys like Ness, Reiter, Rivera, DS, Saf, Dretsch, Bronson and Berhow wrestling tough.

I don't think Iowa is going to go out without a fight tomorrow.

Then the question is whether he could make that weight and beat out Slaton? If he can't beat LeClere then maybe he thinks about transferring. Isn't there some weird rule that allows graduates to transfer without sitting a year? I don't know if Tsirtsis will have enough credits to graduate.

I don't know what T-Shirts was thinking either. If he thinks he is going to slip in at 141 or 149 then he better plan on Metcalf moving up to 157 to make room for him and I don't see that happening.

Wrestling isn't like football. Transfers are allowed to compete right away, provided their old schools release them from their scholarships.
